McMath Family

We are Brad , Glenda, Macy, & Mia McMath.  God has called us to embrace a life of communicating the love of Jesus to people through video and technology ministry.  Even if that means the greatest place to serve in this capacity is overseas!

We knew several years ago that God was shifting our ministry towards using video to reach and disciple lost people.  One of the most powerful tools of communicating Christ in our generation is using the power of ‘story’ through media…similar to how Jesus used the power of ‘story’ in parables.  God wants to use our unique stories to speak to the hearts of men and women that are searching for hope and meaning in their lives!

During the past 11 years we have served as youth pastors for 5 years, and then as Senior pastors for 6 years.   During this time, I (Brad) discovered that the Lord had placed a love in my heart for using film to ‘speak’ to an audience.

We felt this so strongly that we up and moved our family to Washington DC last year….leaving everything we knew, our family, our friends, our salary…. to be a part of the protégé program at National Community Church on Capitol Hill. While we were there I was involved in the media ministry and spent the entire year being trained in the area of film and film editing.

Our vision is to see lives changed by the power of Jesus Christ.  The tools we feel called to use are via video- on the internet, television, or silver screen.   We want to help produce video material that will REACH people who are lost, hurting, confused…  We want to produce material that will reach people in countries where it is illegal to talk about God’s love – but they can watch a video online to grow in their faith…

We will be joining International Media Ministries in Madrid, Spain.  IMM is ‘accelerating the spread of the Gospel by connecting media and mission.’ Currently, IMM is producing culturally sensitive programs in more than 50 languages by using state of the art technology.  The work they are accomplishing is EXCITING for the kingdom of God!
